Add and Schedule Programs

Once your Student is set up it is time to add Programs to their Learning Plan and schedule these programs.

This can be done in multiple ways. Only Core Programs or Just Good Books already in your Family Learning Plan can be allocated to individual Students.

Option 1: Go to "students"  in the main menu. Click on "Programs" in the Student tile. Click on "Add Program" and choose a program to add.	Option 2: Go to "Student Schedule" in the main  menu. Click on "Add Program" at the top.

Once you add the program you will need to schedule this.

1.  Select the student whose Program you are scheduling the Program.
2. Use the drop-down to select a Program from your Family Learning Plan.
3. Use the "Start Lesson At" drop-down to choose the Lesson if you wish to start in the middle of the program.
4. Choose if you want your Student to do this Program every week or every fortnight.
5. Select the days on which this Program will be scheduled.
6. Choose the number of lessons your Student will do each day under "Lessons Per Day".
7. Use the "Start From" drop-down to choose when you will start this schedule.
8. Allocate a time to this program if you wish (optional).
