12 noon Monday 8th - Friday 12th August 2022
Capital Country Holiday Park
47 Bidges Road, Sutton NSW 2620

Join us in August 2022 on a journey of discovery, as we head to the nation’s capital!
Meet other Simply Homeschool families and immerse yourself in history, politics, science, and space.
We will visit Old and New Parliament House to investigate Australia’s origins and political history; enjoy a bird’s eye view at the Royal Australian Mint as we discover how the coins we use every day tell the story of our unique culture; learn about the wartime experiences of the brave men and women who served in our military forces at the Australian War Memorial; take a nature walk through the country’s largest single box-gum woodland sanctuary and be absolutely dazzled by spectacular science, inspired inventions, and terrific technology at Questacon!
We’ll delve into the mysteries of the universe at the Deep Space Centre and learn about the role Australia plays in the exploration of space. We will see a piece of the moon that’s over 3.8 million years old, check out spacecraft models and take a hands-on trip around the solar system or across the galaxy!
Registration includes access to all planned activities.
