You may print our Curriculum for your immediate family and personal use, maintaining any original copyright notice on all copies.

You will not copy or modify any of our Curriculum or products
You will not use our Curriculum for commercial purposes
without consultation and express written permission from Simply Homeschool.
The Curriculum included on Simply Homeschool is subject to change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Simply Homeschool is not liable, in any circumstance for any losses or damages, from the use of, or reliance on, the Content, or from the use of the Internet generally.
Third Party Disclaimer
Simply Homeschool claims no responsibility for the quality, content, nature, or reliability of third-party websites, books and/ or subscriptions linked to the Simply Homeschool Curriculum.
We cannot control other parties. We are not affiliated with any other party. We cannot endorse or guarantee the quality or appropriateness of all information contained in other websites or books.
We only collect the details you provide to us. We use this information to:
Create your account
Tailor your Curriculum
Assist you with Registration
Discuss relevant homeschooling issues with you
Write your Registration Documents (when applicable)
Post resources to you
We do not provide information about our customers on to any third party.
These Terms are our whole agreement, supercede any previous agreement we have had and determines how you use our curriculum.
Waiver and Severability of Terms
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of the listed rights or provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you nevertheless agree that the court should try to give effect to our intentions as reflected in the provision and that the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
Membership and Payment
Your Simply Homeschool membership will renew automatically monthly, quarterly or annually and will continue until cancelled or until your payment method is not valid. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated by you from time to time. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorise us to charge your next quarterly or yearly membership fee to your Payment Method. Simply Homeschool membership is not transferable.
You can cancel your Simply Homeschool membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to your membership through to the end of your current billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused Simply Homeschool content. To cancel your membership, go to, "My Subscription" and "Subscription" and follow the prompts. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
We may change our membership plans and the price of our services from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our subscription plans will apply to you no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
With regards to resources that you purchase from our Resource Shop, we will only provide a refund if the goods are returned to us in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
If we create your Registration Document and you are rejected for Homeschool registration, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you to appeal the rejection. If your appeal is not successful, and you supply us with the Letter of rejection from your registration body, we will refund the cost of your Registration Document.
Each Student Gold Membership is only available for one single student and is not transferable. Our staff will always treat your Student with respect and students are expected to treat our staff respectfully. Students must not use any offensive language or inuendo in their writing or in their communication with our staff. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in immediate removal from Student Gold with no refund.
