Please note: Camp registration includes a $365/$415 camping fee which is charged per vehicle (up to 5 people). If you require additional cars, or have more than 5 campers, you will need to pay for additional cars.

I give permission for all people on this form to be photographed at camp. Photographs may be published on social media and the Simply Homeschool webpage.

I give permission for my teenager to do activities in a teen group withouth their family. I acknowledge that my child must be aged 13+ at the start of camp.
